What would your life be like if you were free of the oppressive opinions of those that aren’t you?

Thoughts are not actions, dreams are not accomplishments.

If something does not work, then do not expect it to work.

Why bother adhering to inferior inner policies?

Only when the fear of growing is less than the pain of stagnation will evolution be possible.

When you can not do anything it is best to be still. Inner, as well as outer, resources must be rationed.

Q. What do you fear the most about being your true self? A. The disapproval of others.

Do not fool yourself into thinking others have it easy. They may have it easier, but easier is different than easy.

There is no question you will have to give things up. If you know what you want, then you can more easily part with what is not that.

You can assess yourself without judging yourself. In fact, you should be accessing yourself without judging yourself.
